I believe the key to solving our biggest problems is to let people do what they do best and leverage technology to fill in the gaps.

I currently lead the Banking product team at Current, focused on building financial tools that help our customers make progress in their financial lives.

Prior to Current, I spent time at Uber scaling CX Operations (2014-2017) and building customer care tech (2017-2019), then at Stella Connect / Medallia (2019-2021) building products to keep the CX front line motivated and performing at their best.

Outside of work, I advise a few early stage start-ups (like kodif.ai), love tinkering (tinylittle.app), and co-chair the Associate Board for BUILD NYC. My wife, daughter, and I live in Brooklyn.
